极化电流密度的深入探讨

摘    要:基于一群锁定的束缚电荷所占的体元、电偶极组、净余电荷组、电心等概念,给出普遍适用的电极化强度的计算式.以此为基础,得出极化电流密度的几种计算方法.阐明了介质移动、介质的非均匀极化、介质体积变化以及介质扩散对极化电流密度的影响,指出了极化电流密度等于电极化强度对时间的偏导数这一公式的适用条件.

Abstract:Based on the concepts such as the voxel occupied by a group locked bound charge,electric dipoles group,remainder charge group,electric charge center,a universally applicable calculation formula for electric polarization intensity is given and several calculation methods of polarization current density are obtained.Furthermore the influence of the medium’s movement,medium’s non-uniform polarization,medium volume’s change and medium’s diffusion to the polarization current density is analyzed.The formula’s applicable conditions that the polarization current density is equal to the partial derivative of electric polarization intensity to the time are discussed.
