| Abstract: | The Law of Science and Technology is the body of legal norms governing the social relationship of science and technology.Starting from this view,the author analyzes thoroughly normal and special essential characteristics embodied by the law of science and technology as the will of the ruling class to promote the progress of science and technology.The author also discusses the period and characteristics of the Law of science and technology during its operation.The article is in a sense beneficial for the construction of the law of science and technology. |
