| 摘 要： | 正义是政治学的核心范畴,但什么是正义,历来没有定论;正由于没有定论,在政治共同体中,每个成员对正义的观点就显得尤为重要.他们对正义的见解经一定的程序处理成为一种共识正义,并可以之指导人们的政治生活.但对这种共识正义的理解的不同和运用的不当,会使其普适性得到限制.
