| 摘 要： | 本文从交易费用这个核心概念出发,分析了交易费用与制度的关系.制度由正式制度与非正式制度构成,二者对交易费用都有影响.相比较而言,由伦理道德、文化习俗、意识形态构成的非正式制度对交易费用的高低影响更为显著和突出.
