| Abstract: | The management of external relation in university system and function research is not only relate to the management system and operational mechanism of the University in such areas as content,but also involves the state's high- er education-related policies and regulations,the legal restraint,management systems,educational awareness and so on. Deep understanding and study on this issue theoretically has positive impact on opening new vision and the growing point to higher education fundamental research and enriching theoretical study of higher education. |
