| 摘 要： | 同居,从某一个角度来说,标志着社会的开放,标志着公众舆论对非婚姻内的性生活和同性恋行为的一种宽容。我国未婚同居现象逐渐增多并形成了很大的未婚＂同居族＂,我们应该研究这种社会现象的现实性和合理性,根据实际情况,对其加以规范和引导,将其纳入法律的轨道,而回避或制裁是不能解决问题的。法律对同居进行调整具有必要性。

| Abstract: | To some extent,cohabitation symbolizes social openness and tolerance of public opinion to unmarried sexual life and homosexuality.Growth of unmarried cohabitation results in a large amount of unmarried cohaitators.The actuality and rationality of this social phenomenon should be studied,regulation and guidance based on situations are important,and it is vital to bring it into the legal scope.Evasion and even punishment are not effective ways to solve the issue.Legal adjustment is essential to cohabitative relationship. |
