| 摘 要： | 人口双向流动的＂常态化＂趋势使欠发达地区农村社会分离出外出、返乡和留守三类农民群体,他们对科技信息关注程度、需求偏好以及影响其科技信息需求的因素都不尽相同,这对相关科技信息供给提出了新要求。因此,应加大科技研发和资金投入力度、有针对性地开展农民技术培训、综合利用多种信息传播渠道,以最大程度地满足农民对科技信息的需求。

| Abstract: | The trend of a normalization for two-way flowing population groups farmers into external farmers, returned farmers,and left-in farmers in the underdeveloped rural area.Different groups have different attention,different preference,and different factors in supply of science and technology information.To solve the problem to provide different farmers with science and technology information,it is important to enforce scientific research and capital investment,to undergo skill training for farmers distinctively,and to make a comprehensive use of varied channels to transmit information. |
