| 摘 要： | 线人是秘密侦查中一项十分重要的侦查措施。线人的使用具有一定的正当性,在刑事侦查中恰当地使用线人,对提高破案率和侦查效益极为有利,但我国线人制度的立法十分缺乏,实践操作中也很不规范,存在诸多问题。国外有比较完善的相关法律制度,考察其立法状况,结合我国具体实际,规范构建我国的线人制度显得尤为必要。

| Abstract: | In the confidention,the informant acts as a very important role.The use of informants is legitimate to some extent,for it is very beneficial for increasing the ratio of solving criminal cases and improving the efficiency.In our country,there are many defects on the legislation and operation.It is very necessary for us to build the system of informant in our country on the basis of our practice while surveying the relevant good legislations abroad. |
