江西经济发展战略研究

改革开放以来 ,江西经济总量跃上了一个新台阶。但是 ,把江西置于全国的总体格局中衡量 ,江西与邻省尤其是沿海发达省份的差距正在逐渐拉大。跨入新世纪 ,江西经济发展必将进入一个更为关键的转折时期。因此 ,江西应该直面现实 ,准确判断目前所处的发展阶段 ,认真审视和反思以往实施的一系列经济发展战略 ,客观揭示影响和阻碍经济发展绩效的深层问题和矛盾 ,提出面向未来的跨越式发展战略与应对措施。

A Study on the Strategy of Jiangxi' s Economic Development

Since the reform and opening up policies took effect,the overall economy of Jiangxi has had a leap to a new stage.However,compared with its neighboring provinces,especially the developed coastal provinces and cities,Jiangxi is lagging behind gradually.In the new century,Jiangxi's economic development will enter into a crucial truning point.Therefore,we should accept the reality,correctly size up the present situation,self-examine our past economic development strategy,reveal objectively the problems and contradictions that blocked our development and work out effective strategy and measures to meet the future leap-style development.
