| Abstract: | The construction of college teaching staffs focuses on the establishment of the professional ethics(EPS).It is important to understand the theme and character of EPS and set up the proper system of teachers' development,monitoring and evaluation.It is also encouraged to make full use of the PRC teachers' initiative.What's more,to promote the campus image,establish a suitable system for teacher's rights are also essential to enhance the establishment of the EPS. |
