摘    要:曹操的思想来源是丰富而驳杂的,反映到其人才思想中,则体现为以申、商刑名法术之学为主,而辅之以儒学的社会伦理道德价值观及其人才评判标准,其中既有继承传统的一面,又有冲击传统富于改革与创新的另一面。在中国古代人才思想史上,其第一次提出的"勿拘品行"而"唯才是举"的主张,并予之法令化,不仅大大丰富了中国的人才思想宝库,而且也对后世产生了深远的社会影响。
