| 摘 要： | 西部工业化在其推进过程中形成了中央工业与地方工业并存的二元化结构,而且其特殊的技术进步方式与资源配置方式,进一步导致了这种二元结构的稳定性,这成为西部工业化发展缓慢、甚至西部经济发展缓慢的重要原因.必须打破这种二元稳定结构,西部工业才能步入良性的运行轨道,并带动西部经济的迅速发展.

| Abstract: | In the west of China,the two-sectoral struture between the central industry and the regional industry had been developed.The structure is so stable as to be the barrier of the western industralization.Only to break the stability of the stracture,the western industry would go out the dilemma,and propell the development of the regional econony. |
