Collision and Reform:Thinking on the Changes in Central Asia 2005

In 2005,the great changes in Central Asia were beyond people's expectation,but it stands to reason.In this paper the author believes that following factors account for the changes:the inconsistency between modern sovereignty theory and the practical situation in Central Asia,the practice of political conflict in Central Asia under the global tide of democratization,the restriction in the process of nation-state construction in Central Asia,the allocation of civil right and state power and their use in election system,the development of multilateralism and regional integration as well as collision and regional security.
