| 摘 要： | 众所周知,秦朝因为法令严苛,激化了社会矛盾,导致二世而亡。但是,秦律作为我国第一部统一的封建成文法典,其功绩还是不容抹煞的。尤其是其中所包含的和谐社会因素,往往被人所忽略。经过整理发现,秦律中的一些有关生产、环保、责任年龄、民族关系的条文对当今构建和谐社会有着非常重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | As is known to all,ruthless and cruel law intensified the social turbulence,and led to the overthrow of the Qin Dynasty.However,as the first feudalistic code in China,Qin Law's advantages should not be denied,and especially the factors constituting a harmonious society should not ignored.Through arranging correlative materials,we can find that some articles of Qin Law,like production,environmental protection and age of criminal responsibility,as well as relations among nationalities,are of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society today. |
