氟伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽的影响

目的观察氟伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者临床及血浆脑钠肽（BNP）水平的影响。方法100例CHF患者随机分为两组：对照组48例患者给予抗心力衰竭的常规治疗;治疗组52例在对照组基础上加用氟伐他汀钙治疗。两组均治疗6个月。两组分别于治疗前及治疗6个月后测定左室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）、左室射血分数（LVEF）及血浆BNP水平。同时观察临床症状、体征及药物不良反应。结果治疗6个月后治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组的LVEDd、LVEF及血浆BNP水平的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论CHF患者在常规治疗同时加用氟伐他汀治疗,可以显著降低血浆BNP水平,增加LVEF,改善心功能。

Effect of fluvastatin on chronic heart failure of brain natriuretic peptide

Objective To observe the effects of fluvastatin on chronic heart failure （CHF） in patients with clinical and plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） levels. Methods 100 cases of CHF were randomly divided into 2 groups：control group,48 cases of heart failure in patients with anti-conventional treatment;52 cases of treatment group in the control group plus atorvastatin calcium fluoride treatment. Both groups were treated for 6 months. In the treatment of two groups before and 6 months after treatment measured left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDd）,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and plasma BNP levels. At the same time,clinical symptoms,signs and adverse drug reactions. Results After 6 months there will always be the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than （P〈0.05）;treatment group LVEDd,LVEF and the improvement of the level of plasma BNP is superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The conventional treatment in patients with CHF at the same time plus fluvastatin treatment,can significantly reduce plasma BNP levels,increased LVEF,improvement in cardiac function.
