| 摘 要： | 世纪之交 ,高等教育发展的形势迫切需要我们加快建设高素质的师资队伍。按照教师的使命 ,根据实践经验 ,这支队伍应当具有一个好品德 ,二个先进精神 (科学、创新精神 ) ,三个高水准 (理念、品位、水平 ) ,四个能力 (基础、“扩散”、高效、实践 )。高素质教师队伍的建设是一项系统工程 ,需要营造建设师资队伍的环境 ,并要加强动态考核工作

| Abstract: | At the turn of the centuries, the developing situation of higher education urges that we should quicken our step to construct the teaching stuff of high quality. Teaching stuff should be of fine qualities, the two advanced spirits (scientific spirit and creative spirit), three high levels(ideology, morality and scholarship), and four abilities (basis, diffusion, efficiency and practice) in terms of their mission and practical experience. The construction of the teaching stuff of high quality is a systematic project, which demands the appropriate circumstances and active inspections. |
