| 摘 要： | 北美殖民地独立之前,对其进行管辖的是英国议会及对英国议会负责的英国内阁,不存在《独立宣言》 中所说的英王暴政。北美独立运动是自由的殖民地人民在已有高度自由之上的自由的进一步扩展。
