海洛因(Ⅱ)号对小鼠血清酯酶同工酶谱及肝组织胆碱酯酶活性的影响

摘    要:本文研究了不同剂量的海洛因经皮下注射与烟熏二种途径分别对小鼠染毒23天后,血清酯酶同工酶谱及肝组织胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性的变化,结果发现:经二种不同途径染毒后动物血清酯酶同工酶谱都随使用剂量的增加,发生改变并出现异常酶带。肝组织中总ChE活性在烟熏组各处理浓度组中均出现增加。其中低与中浓度组与对照组相比呈显著性差异,P<0.05。而通过注射途径各浓度处理组则出现下降现象,其中低与高 与对照组相比呈显著性差异P<0.05。实验结果为海洛因作用于生物机体引起的生化变化提供了有关酶活性变化的依据。

The Effects of Heroin (No.2) on Sera Esterase Isozyme Zymogram and Liver Tissue Che Activity in Mice

Abstract:This paper reports that the mice treated with Heroin by hyopodermic injection and fumigatation respectively after 23 days were changed both in sera esterase zymogram and liver tissue ChE activity. It was found that the isozyme zymogram in serums of Mice contaminated by two different way was varied and abnormal zymogram were appeared with dose. The total ChE activity of liver tissue in fumigated group was increased in different treated dose. A clearly significant difference was revealed between the low or medial dose and controlgroup. But in injected group, the total ChE activity was decreased indifferent treated dose and there was a significant different compared with the control. These results provide preliminary experiment envidence for the biochemistry changes of Heroin effects.
