| 摘 要： | 发展“民族核电”是关系我国高科技战略产业、新能源自主化发展的重大问题。文章首先论述了发展“民族核电”的必要性,接着阐明了我国核电走过的创业、创新路,然后记述了我国核电自主创业之艰难,最后,探讨了我国未来核电自主化路径。

| Abstract: | Development of "the national nuclear power" is a strategic industry in high-tech and a great issue in the autonomous development of the new energy sources.The paper firstly discusses the necessity of the development of "the national nuclear power",next,states the Course of its development.Then,it points out difficulty in the way of the autonomous development in the national nuclear power,and last,it explores the autonomius way to develop nuclear power. |
