| 摘 要： | 北宋王朝建立之初,面临着内部政权巩固、社会稳定和外部辽的安全威胁两大问题。宋初统治者多次地、有意识地、灵活地运用经济手段来解决这两大问题,取得了较好的效果。其具体表现在诸多方面,原因也是多方面的,并且在历史上产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | At the early stage of North Song Dynasty, two problems need to be solved: to maintain the government sovereign and social stability,and to remove the threat from Empire Liao. By constantly,purppsely and flexibly using economic means,the early rulers in Song Dynasty solves the two problems. The resolution is quite successful in several respects for various reasons,and has a great influence in history. |
