| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的关键之点是协调发展。唯物辩证法的矛盾学说、系统理论和普遍联系的思想为协调发展提供了哲学依据。协调发展的思想内涵非常丰富,它包含着发展的全面性、统筹性和公正性。实现社会的协调发展,必须要提高人们对发展的认识,端正人们对发展的态度,引导和控制人们的发展行为,这是协调发展的三大运作机制。

| Abstract: | The important of the sense of scientific development is coordinated development,on the philosophical basis of contradiction,system and apprehensive correlation theories of materialist dialectics.The coordinated development has rich connotations,which covers the completion,consideration and fairness,of development.To realize the harmonious social development,we should improve people's awareness of the development;we should correct people's attitudes to development and we conduct and control the behaviors of people's development,which are the coordinated development's three main operation systems. |
