| Abstract: | The thought of talent resource management is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. This paper discusses Deng Xiaoping's thought of talent resource management concerning about comprehensive development of talent resources, structural arrangement of talent and environmental optimization of talent. And it expounds upon the great achievements in the process of practicing Deng Xiaoping's thought of talent resource management in the new period. |
