| 摘 要： | 从语言认知和语言应用的角度阐述了英语名词后的-ing分词结构和形容词性分句在用法上和意义上的差异。认为两种结构形式不同，其用法和所表达的意义也不尽相同。因而，两种结构不能混为一谈，随意换用。

| Abstract: | This paper gives an exposition on the differences between the post-noun positioned -ing participle and the post-noun positioned adjective clause from the angles of linguistic cognition and linguistic application,pointing out that since the two structures are different in form,their usages and meanings are often different from one another.Therefore,one can never confuse the two structures and substitute one with another at will. |
