正义论是哈耶克自由主义政治哲学的重要组成部分 ,但在学术界未得到系统深入研究。论文从哈耶克对“社会正义”的批判入手 ,围绕正义与自由、正义与平等、正义与市场秩序及社会进化等问题 ,对哈耶克的“公正行为规则论”的正义观及其实质作了初步的马克思主义分析研究 ,并试图通过这一研究展示哈耶克自由主义政治哲学的理论本质

Review on Hayek's liberalist theory of justice

Theory of justice is an important and indispensable part of Hayek's liberalist political philosophy. But it hasn't been thoroughly and systematically investigated among the academic circles. So this thesis first investigates Hayek's criticism on "social justice", then focus its attention on the study of the most important aspects of Hayek's theory, i.e. the problem of justice and liberty, justice and equality, justice and market order and social evolution, etc. and at last the author gives some Marxist analysis and comment on Hayek's "rules of just conduct" theory and its nature. The purpose of this study is to reveal the essence of Hayek's liberalistic theory of social justice.
