民族文化生态意识及其经济模式的建构

西部地区大多是少数民族地区,各少数民族都有着悠久灿烂的民族文化,是中华民族文化宝库的重要部分。西部开发过程中的现代化进程必然会对少数民族传统文化产生巨大冲击,但决不能以牺牲少数民族传统文化的代价来换取经济的发展,而是要找到二者的最佳结合点,实现双赢效应。西部大开发的生态环境保护也应包括民族文化生态的保护。强调要树立民族文化生态的"环保意识",提出"文化生态经济"概念,大力发展"文化生态经济",把它作为西部民族地区经济发展的新的增长点。

On the Enhancing of the Consciousness of the Protection of the Ethnic Cultural Ecology and the Economic Model of Cultural Ecology

Most regions of west China are inhabited by minority nationalities whose long and splendid cultures are an inseparable part of Chinese culture. The modernization of west China will surely exert great impacts on the traditional cultures of these minority nationalities. Economic development should never be obtained at the sacrifice of such cultures but for the mutual benefit. The ecological protection in the process of developing west China should include the protection of the ethnic cultural ecology. We should enhance this consciousness and popularize the concept of the economy of cultural ecology to quicken the development of west China.
