| 摘 要： | 高职院校在培养生产、建设、管理、服务等第一线需要的高技能人才,优化教育结构等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。由于高职院校是高等教育的特殊类型,其办学定位与一般普通高校有着明显的不同,所以高职院校的校园文化在功能与特色上与普通高校相比,既存在一定的共性,又表现出明显的差异,这种差异正是高职院校实现可持续发展的动力之源。

| Abstract: | Advanced vocational colleges play a critical role in cultivating highly skilled talents required in the first lines of production, construction, management and service, and in optimizing education structure. Since they are a special type of higher education, there are obvious differences between their school-running orientation and that of regular higher learning institutions. Therefore, when their campus culture is compared to that of regular institutions of higher learning as regards functions and features, there are not only similarities but also obvious differences. However, it is these differences that are the source of power for their sustainable development. |
