摘    要:教师文化冲突是课程改革中无法回避的现实问题,应该以辩证的眼光来看待这一客观存在的现象。教师文化冲突是教师文化内部矛盾的发展与演化,是教师文化发展的根本动力。从生成、存在形态和构成来看,教师文化都表现为一个矛盾体。

Abstract:Teachers' cultural conflict is an unavoidable and realistic problem in the curriculum reform, which should be viewed from an objective and dialectical perspective. This conflict is the evolution of internal contradictions as well as the fundamental motive of the development of teachers' culture. Seen from its formation, existing form and constitution, ' the teachers' culture manifests as a contradiction.
