大方县箐丰村彝族习惯法研究

彝族习惯法是某一特定社区内人们在长期生产、生活过程中约定俗成的习惯、习俗、礼节、仪式、舆论、禁忌、村规民约等,用以划分人们的权利义务和调解各类纠纷,并且具有一定的约束力的行为规范。它包括：村规民约、家法族规、宗教法规、行业规章等。起到了国家制定法律难以起到的积极作用。

On the Common Law of the Yi People in Jingfeng Village of Dafang County

Common law play an important role in the living and work of the Yi people,involving such areas as customs,habits,rituals,public opinions,taboos and local regulations.It is assumed that common law is binding for people＇s behavior in public,at home and in religion,and that it complements state law.
