摘    要:本文从理论与实践的结合上论证了高校坚持以人为本的人性化科研管理理念的必要性和重要性,并在分析高校科研 管理机制中存在的问题的基础上,论述了如何加强竞争机制、激励机制和评价机制的创新问题。

Abstract:This article has proved the necessity and importance to adhere to the people- oriented notions of scientific nesearch management in universities and colleges. It has also brought forth new ideas in strengthening mechanisms of competition, reward and evaluation in the light of analysis of existing problems in current mechanisms of scientific research management.
