| 摘 要： | 文章对价值链及其优化理论研究进行了评述,阐明了价值链理论已从原先的聚焦实体形态价值链到现在的聚焦知识形态价值链,并且随着社会分工的细化,价值链管理的范围由企业内部逐渐扩大到企业外部.另外,还指出了学者们已经认识到从知识角度开展企业价值链优化的研究对企业保持持续竞争优势更加有效,然而目前缺少对这方面比较深入的研究,而且大部分研究都局限在对企业内部价值链活动的优化上,缺少对企业外部价值链优化的关注.

| Abstract: | This paper presents comments on the research of value chain and value chain optimization theory.It is clarified that the focus of the theory is changed from the former entity value chain to the present knowledge value chain,and the scope of value chain management is expanded from the inside to the outside of companies.In addition,it is also pointed out that the scholars have known it is more effective to keep the continuous competitive advantage for companies to optimize the value chain based on knowledge.H... |
