关于我国现行出口贸易政策的思考及调整取向

我国出口超速增长,出口依存度迅速提高,过度出口的现象和不利影响必须引起足够的重视。我国奖出限入的贸易与汇率政策部分地促成了我国外贸的失衡发展。作者认为应该摒弃过分追求出口创汇和贸易顺差、以奖出限入政策支持出口等惯常的出口贸易发展思路,提出要继续采用国际上通行的促进出口发展包括扶持鼓励高科技产品出口的政策与措施;以市场为主导适度出口,将出口增长速度与出口依存度降至合理水平;主要依靠增加内需来带动国民经济增长。

Thinking on the current export trade policy in China and its adjustment

The over-rapid growth of our country's export,the phenomenon of excess export and its disadvantageous influence should be paid much attention.The trade and rate of exchange policies of encouraging export and limiting import partly cause the development of our foreign trade out of balance.The writer believes that pursuing excessively to earning net foreign exchange profit and trade surplus should be abandoned.He suggests to adopt the international policies and measures to promote the export development including supporting and encouraging the high-tech products export,to decrease the speed of export and the degree of depending on export to a reasonable level,and increase the domestic demand in order to pull up the national economic growth.
