| 摘 要： | 健康、安全、环保和发展,已经成为城市安全经济系统构建和发展过程中的一项重要主题。笔者分析了城市安全经济系统结构,以及城市安全经济系统可持续发展的模式、机制和城市经济系统的安全度,为有效地管理和控制城市重大危险源,创建一个科学合理的安全管理和控制网络奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Health, security, environment and development have become an important subject in the process of developing urban safety economic system. The paper analyzes the structure of urban safety economic system, the mode and mechanism of urban sustainable development of safety economic system, and security degree of urban economic system. It lays a foundation for establishing a scientific network of safety for the management and control of the urban huge hazard effectively. |
