| 摘 要： | 高校档案管理数字网络化的发展导致高校档案管理模式的转变和改革,主要表现在档案整理、档案管理模式、档案管理重心、档案管理类型以及档案管理人员素质要求等重大方面的转变。目前.高校档案数字网络化建设急需解决的问题有如何防假、如何保密及对工作人员继续教育等问题。通过对这些问题的解决,高校档案管理数字网络化建设将取得实质性的进展。

| Abstract: | The development of dtgitalization for archives in higher learning institutions has brought about a change and reform in the management mode of archives, which involves the change in archives sorting, management focus, management type and the quality requirement for the management. Presently, we should solve the urgent problems: excess of work, fraud, keeping secrecy and further training of working staff, then the establishment of digitalization for archives in higher learning institutions will make progress in its real sense. |
