民办高校师资大都是专兼结合的,教学工作量大,理论水平与教学技艺存在较大差距,而民办高校的学生存在基础差、自信心不足等特点.因此,民办高校教学创新,要在激励教师增强责任心并不断提高教学水平的同时,注重为学生创设良好的学习氛围,培养学生参与社会事务、服务经济建设的意识和能力.

On the Situation and Strategy of Teaching and Fostering Talented Person About Private Institutes of Higher Learning

According to the situation of private institutes of higher learning, that's the students without motive power to study,and to resolve practical problems, and powerless to link up and communicate, another parts of the teachers of private institutes of higher learning are not full time,so their teaching task is very heavy, at same time,the teachers have different ideas about the relation between teaching and talented person fostering. The paper points out that the private institutes of higher learning should find new ways and measures according to the catachrestic of the students, set up the unifying idea of teaching innovation and quality, change teaching methods and reinforce experimental teaching, and foster the idea and ability of students about taking part in social general affairs and serving the economic construction.
