A Primary Study on Training and Qualifying IWE for Undergraduates

The system of training and qualifying for IWE(International Welding Engineer) has been introudced and the current situation and reform orientation of the welding major for education have been analyzed.The system is being introduced into the undergraduate teaching as an attempt,and the training style,arrangement of schedule and courses and experiences were discussed.It has been proved by the practice that the way is beneficial to improving the quantity of practice teaching and the composite quality of undergraduates,and it offers valuable experiences for teaching reform of relative engineering majors,too.
