谈高校辅导员工作考核评价的意义、内容和方法

摘    要:高校辅导员工作考核评价是辅导员队伍建设的重要组成部分,对于明晰职责、增强责任心、优化队伍、提高素质、调动积极性、升降奖罚均有十分重要的意义。考核评价的主要内容应包括基本素质、工作职责、工作绩效和加减分项目。实施方法可采用以评促建、评建结合,自我评价与组织评价相结合,平时考核和集中评价相结合,数量分析等方法。

Abstract:The work evaluation for tutors in institutions of higher learning is one of the most important components of tutor teams'building.It has great significance for duty clarification,responsibility improvement,optimization grouping,quality improvement,motivation,promotion as well as reward and penalty.While the main contents of the evaluation should include basic quality,working responsibility and performance as well as addition and subtraction items.Implementing methods could adopt the policies,such as construction by evaluation,construction combining with evaluation,self-evaluation combining with organization evaluation,extensive evaluation combining with intensive evaluation and quantity analysis,etc.
