| 摘 要： | 春秋初年的管仲佐齐桓公尊王攘夷之功为历代美谈.但对其治国思想中的法治部分作出系统评价的却是几百年后战国末期的韩非.集法家大成的韩非肯定了管仲在齐国实行的变法改革,并认为变法改革是齐国成功的关键.他对管仲思想中的"刑罚"、"因能而受禄,录功而与官"的法术思想表示赞同,并对其思想中不成熟的方面作出批评.
