| 摘 要： | 国家政治公正,是以权力分配和利益界定的合理性为终极价值追求的国家行为,它包含着思想公正、制度公正、政策公正及行为公正等内容,具有阶级性、历史性、社会性、相对性和发展性等特点.关注国家政治领域的公平正义问题,是对我国现代化进程中政治发展核心语音的把握,不论是在理论层面上还是在实践层面上都极具现实意义.
