| 摘 要： | 期刊网络化已成为期刊新的业务增长点。应继续加大期刊特别是科技期刊和学术期刊集中上网的力度并完善其技术,提供完善的网上检索服务。期刊的网络版应向网络期刊转变。网络期刊凭借优势将占领大半市场,但其不足将使它与传统期刊长期并存,共同发展。

| Abstract: | Since the networking of journals has become a new business growing point,journals especially of science and technology and of academy should be continuously intensified to get on line.Meanwhile,cyber techniques should be made perfect and the complete online retrieval services be offered.lnternet version of journals should be transformed to online journals,whose strength will make it occupy over half of the market,while the weakness will make it coexist with traditional ones for a long time and seek mutual development. |
