| 摘 要： | 在“构建服务型政府”这一背景下，以WH市乡镇青年干部公共服务动机调查研究为例，介绍了利用统计学原理研究社会问题的步骤，从定量角度使用了几种统计分析方法，运用SPSS（17.0）得到了相关统计结果，并对结果进行分析．

| Abstract: | Under the background of building service-oriented government, taking the study of young township cadres public service motivation in WH city as an example, the research steps of the statistical theory for the study of social problems were introduced, using a quantitative perspective and the application of statistical methods, the statistical result by SPSS (17.0) was obtained, then the result was analyzed. |
