| 摘 要： | 自媒体时代高校网络舆情呈现出新的特点和发展趋势，给高校思想政治教育工作带了机遇与挑战,如何正确认识和把握高校网络舆情的内在规律和特点，减少其对高校思想政治教育的冲击，已成为亟需解决的重大问题。高校应充分利用自媒体与思想政治教育的契合，从凝聚网络道德教育正能量，加强学生媒介素养教育，建立和健全大学生合法权益保障机制，组建高校网络思想政治工作队伍，建立健全网络舆情应急处置体系，来构建高校网络舆情引导机制。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the on line scheduling problem on m identical machines with rejection . An identical processors system denoted by and a sequence of independent jobs are given.We assume that the processing time of each job and its penalty forms the regular proportion denoted by.The objective is to minimize the sum of the makespan produced by the accepted jobs and the total penalty of the jobs which have been rejected.Preemption is not allowed.For this version,we present an on line algorithm and prove the competitive ratio. |
