实验区建设的相关政策及分析

截至2014年底，我国已申报成功的国家级文化生态保护实验区共有18家。经过6年努力，2014年9月，国家级武陵山区（渝东南）土家族苗族文化生态保护实验区申报成功。按照《武陵山区（渝东南）土家族苗族文化生态保护实验区规划纲要》和相关法律法规的精神及规定，结合目前保护实验区内各区县现状，现阶段武陵山区（渝东南）土家族苗族文化生态保护实验区建设的主要任务包括：保护一批以非物质文化遗产为核心的文化遗产项目；建设一批非物质文化遗产保护展示和旅游相结合的基础设施；打造一批特色文化生态景区；扶持一批特色文化保护研究传承宣传展示项目；发展一批民族特色文化产业。同时采取以下措施加强建设保障：加强组织领导；科学制定规划；完善配套措施；强化监督问责。

The Corresponding Polices and Analysis on the Construction of Tujia Nationality Cultural Ecological Protection Reserve in the Wuling Mountain Area of Southeast Chongqing

Until the end of the 2014, China has successfully declared the 18th national cultural ecological protection reserve. With the six years hard work, in the September of 2014, the national WulingMoutain area Tujia Nationality cultural ecological protection zone was reported successfully. According to the related laws and rules in the Outline of Wuling Mountain Tuji Nationality Cultural Ecological Protection Zone Plan, combined with present situation of protection reserve in the different counties, the main tasks for the reserve construction include, firstly, to protect a series of cultural inheritance project focusing on the intangible project, secondly to construct a series of basic faculties for intangible cultural heritage displaying combining with the tourism, thirdly, to create a series of special cultural ecological sceneries, fourthly, to help establish the propaganda and displaying project for the special culture protection study, and fifthly, to develop a series of national cultural culture industry. Simultaneously, the following measures should be adopted to strengthen the construction guarantee, strengthening the organization and guidance, scientifically establishing the plan, improving the corresponding faculties and enhancing the supervising and monitoring.
