关于中国农业现代化发展道路争议的研究评述

学术界对中国的农业现代化发展道路争论不休，一派主张规模化农业；另一派坚持小农农业；还有人提出适度规模的家庭农场农业道路。本文综述了三种农业发展模式的优势与要求，指出了评价农业发展方式的三大标准是农业生产率、劳动力转移和资源利用率。但目前对于农业生产率的衡量没有统一标准，也没将资源利用率纳入其中，同时还对劳动力转移现实的地区差异缺少关注，以及理论与实践的脱节，这是后续研究中需要解答的问题。最后，本文强调对于农业现代化的认识是极为复杂的事情，需要极为谨慎。农业现代化也许并非单一路径，但基本方向是绿色农业道路，要将产品、生态和资源安全与提高综合效益并满足普通大众需求的协调统一。

A Research Review on Disputes of China's Agricultural Modernizaiton Path

There has been heated debate on the different paths for the development of modern Chinese agriculture in the academic field. One side claims to develop large-scale agriculture, whereas the other prefers small-peasant approach. Also, another scheme characterized by family-owned farmland with appropriate scale is proposed. This thesis reviews the advantages and requirements of the three agricultural development paths, and points out three measures of agriculutural modernization are agricultural productivity, labor transfer and resource utilization. However, there is no unified standard to measure agricultural productivity and resource utilization is not included. Besides, it lacks of the attention to religional difference of labor transfer, and there is a disconnection between theory and practice, which are needed to solve in future research. Finally, this paper stresses that it is a comlicated thing to research agricultural modernization, and we should be very serious about it. Maybe the path of agricultural modernizaiton is not unique, but its basic direction is green agriculculture, and it needs to pay attention to the safety of product, ecosystem, resource and improve Comprehensive benefits, and coordinate them with the demand of common people.
