试析高校思想政治教育与物质利益相结合原则

在改革日益深化和社会主义市场经济不断发展的今天，大学生的思想和观念具有选择性和多样性。针对大学生的思想 现状，思想政治教育与物质利益相结合的原则的恰当使用，更能达到育人成才的目的。此原则拥有重要的理论依据和现实依 据，符合马克思主义哲学、符合市场经济下人们的利益诉求。但是一些高校在运用此原则时存在着顾此失彼，不能兼顾的问 题。完成思想政治教育与物质利益原则的有机结合，既要合理使用物质激励，又要防止使用过量，应始终坚持思想政治教育为 主的方针。只有在思想政治教育的过程中运用好物质利益原则，才能达到育人成才的目的。
