制度变迁中个人、企业和政府行为主体的经济分析

个人、企业和政府是市场经济中三个行为主体，共同的制度载体使三个主体目标既有一致性，更有动态上的冲突性。一致性与冲突性从经济学的实证分析可抽象为微观经济与宏观经济的均衡与否，规范分析可以抽象为效率与公平的协调与否。制度变迁就是为两个抽象出的问题－－微观经济与宏观经济均衡发展和效率与公平协调发展，提供一个稳定发展的制度环境。

An Economic Analysis of Individual, Firm and the Government under the Institutional Change

Individual, firm and the government are three behavior subjects under the socialist market system. Rational assumptions are taken to mean that they coincide with each other in a static state and conflict with one another in a dynamic state. In terms of a positive analysis, the coincidence and conflict can be abstracted as a balance between microeconomics and macroeconomics. In terms of normative analysis, they can be seen as a balance between efficiency and equality. The change of system provides a stable development of the systematic environment for a balanced development of microeconomic and macroeconomic and a harmonious development of both efficiency and equality.
