| 摘 要： | 生态环境保护是人类社会实现可持续发展的重要内容。作者分析了东北地区生态环境现状及产生环境问题的主要原因,并提出了完善东北地区环境资源保护法制机制的举措:转变环境保护立法的理念,完善地方的环境立法,加强环境综合治理的力度,建立地方环境保护监督机制。

| Abstract: | Ecological environment protection is one of the important contents for man to realize his sustainable development.This paper makes an analysis of the status quo of the ecological environment of the Northeastern China and the main causes that lead to the current environment problems,and suggests some measures to perfect the legal mechanism for protection of environmental resources of the Northeast. |
