欧盟地区政策改革与欧盟东扩

作为欧盟内部政策主要工具之一的地区政策不仅承担着平衡欧盟内部地区经济发展的功能，而且肩负着辅助欧洲一体化进程的使命。地区政策自1975年问世以来先后经历了3次改革，每一次改革都同欧盟（欧共体）扩大有关。本文在概述这3次地区政策改革的基础上，分析中东欧地区经济发展及政策的现状，并且对欧盟东扩背景下的地区经济发展前景作一展望。

Reform of EU's RegionalPolicy & Its Eastern Expansion

As one of the main internal policies in European Union, the regional policy performs the functions to balance regional development within the EU and to assist in promoting the European integration. Since the regional policy came out in 1975, it has undergone three reshuffle, each time relating to the expansion of EU (European Community). On the basis of summarizing the three reforms of the policy, this article analyses the current situation of economic development and policies in the central and eastern European area, and looks into the prospect of regional economic development in the context of EU's eastern expansion.
