摘    要:我国高校人事制度受到国家人事制度的规制,其变革从1949年至今经历了5个阶段。高校岗位设置和薪酬体系是高校人事制度改革的核心。目前高校岗位设置中尚有许多弊端,各地高校在遵循基本原则的基础上正在进行着校本化的改革。

Abstract:Our universities personnel system is regulated by the State Personnel System,which has experienced five stages from 1949 to date.Post setting and salary system are the core of the reform of the personnel system.Currently,there are many disadvantages,and all colleges and universities are taking a school-based reform in complying with the basic principle.
