论加入WTO后我国解决结构性失业的难点与对策

结构性失业将成为我国加入WTO后的主要失业形式。加入WTO后,结构性失业将面临着诸如劳动力供求矛盾尖锐、素质偏低、城镇化水平和社会保障制度建设滞后、农村剩余劳力大规模转移等一系列矛盾和问题,借鉴发达国家解决结构性失业的经验,必须采取以统筹兼顾、多条腿走路为思路的若干措施,才能从根本上解决好结构性失业问题。

Structural Unemployment will be an main patten of unemployment after our country entering WTO.China has to face a series of contradictions and questions in structural unemployment,such as sharp contradiction between demand and supply of labour forces.inferier quality of labour forces.backward urbanization development and social quarantee system and large-scale transfer of rural surplus labour force and the like .According to the experiences of developed countries, such measures as taking ever aspects into consideration,developing by all means,should be adoptede to totally solve structural unemployment in China.
