| 摘 要： | 混合方法是20世纪80年代以来在西方学术界新兴的一种研究范式,它结合了量化和质性两种研究方法的优点,便于研究者更全面更科学地探究复杂的现象和问题.将混合方法运用于管理学研究领域,对于丰富中国管理学研究范式,提升管理学学科建设水平,构建以解决实际问题为中心的管理研究方法论等,均具有一定的理论意义和实践价值.

| Abstract: | Mixed methods emerged in western academic research in the 1980s which matches qualitative with quantitative research approaches and therefore allows researchers to explore complicated phenomena in a comprehensive and scientific way. Application of this method in management research turn out academic and practical significance in enriching management research paradigm in China, improving the discipline development of management, and constructing the methodology of management research to solve practical problems. |
